| Hi, Speaking from Alexander Heritage & Rainforest Resort, Matheran, Maharashtra, INDIA. We are a resort available in Matheran with the availability of Rooms and Camping Tents. We have started with GoogleMyBusiness ads for our business which gave us a very good response and brought good number of customers and sales for us . To increase more sales we tried to create new Google ads in which we have spent 50000 INR in one month out of which 15000 INR have spent in just 3 days using keywords related to our business and have added some negative keywords as we got so many random calls which are not relevant to our business. We hired a Google Ads Manager spending 35000INR but she didn't helped us with our problem and they have stop responding us after 3-4 days Again we switched to GoogleMyBusiness ads as Google ads didn't worked out in our favour but we are facing the same problem with GoogleMyBusiness ads as well .We are getting random calls from GoogleMyBusiness ads too which are not related to our business. The numbers of random calls has increased and to find the solution we tried to contact the concern person and they asked us to add some negative keywords which will help us from not getting random calls. We have added negative keywords as they said but it didn't worked out and we got 80-90% random calls and hence we are stuck in same situation . We tried to contact them again but We are not getting any response by their end . We really are trying to find solution as we are loosing our business. To summarise, We are looking for a Google ads expert, someone who has run ads on Google for many brands and has been through these exact same issues before...and can A. Explain the reason we are facing these cyclical problems B. Solve it asap and get us those 200-400 clicks from Google ads and only relevant calls C. Work with us in the long term |
